Vale CO-OP Beginner Volleyball Class (Grades 5–7)

This introductory volleyball class is perfect for students who are new to the sport or looking to build a strong foundation of essential skills. Participants will learn the fundamentals of volleyball, including serving, passing, setting, hitting, and basic game play.

Through fun, age-appropriate drills and guided game play, athletes will develop confidence, proper technique, and teamwork in a positive and supportive environment.

Grades: 5th–7th

Day & Time: Sundays, 4:00–5:00 PM

Dates: May 10th, 17th, 31st, 2026 & June 7th, 14th, 28th, 2026 (NO CLASS May24th & June 21st, 2026)

Intermediate / Advanced Volleyball Skills Class (Grades 8–High School)
Designed for experienced athletes, this skills-focused class is ideal for players looking to refine technique, increase consistency, and elevate game performance. Athletes will work on advanced serving, serve receive, attacking mechanics, defensive positioning, transition play, and competitive game situations.

Sessions emphasize high-repetition drills, skill progression, and game-speed reps, helping players sharpen decision-making, court awareness, and overall confidence.
