FALL AAU TRYOUT 2025
This tryout is for athletes that are looking for an opportunity to play Fall AAU basketball at a competitive level. Teams will be grade specific.
Please register under the grade at start of the 2025-2026 school year.
Tryout Date: August 15th, 2025
Girls:
Who: 3rd Through 8th Grade
When: 6:00pm-7:00pm
Boys:
Who: 3rd Through 10th Grade
When: 7:00pm-800pm
VALE CO-OP BASKETBALL SKILLS CLASSES
Vale-CO-OP Basketball Skill Development Class Description
Vale CO-OP Skill Development, focuses on fundamental skills which are acquired through intentional focus and repetition such as shooting, ball handling and Read & React offensive skills. A serious player may work on these about 2-5 hours per day depending on ability, age and specific goals. Hard skill improvement is linked to investment of time. This class is conducive to beginner, or advanced players, as each athlete will push themselves outside of their comfort zone while working towards game speed reps. Let's get to work and close the gap.

K-2nd Grade - 5:00pm-6:00pm
3rd-5th Grade- 6:00pm-7:00pm
6th-8th Grade 7:00pm-8:00pm
VALE CO-OP BASKETBALL CAMPS
Our coaches will teach both basic and advanced techniques that are important on both sides of the ball. The skills include, but are not limited to, dribbling, shooting, passing, defensive positioning, and more! We will also play a variety of games including Knock Out, Money Basket, and Team Competitions.
